Ming-Na Wen will be a part of Disney+'s "Star Wars: The Mandalorian." Disney CEO Bob Iger announced the casting in his introduction to giving her the Disney Legends award at D23 Expo.
"There's nothing better than having a lightsaber in your hand," Wen said in 2013 to Access Hollywood. "I don't care, I could have a walk on, just like passing Han Solo. I don't care. That's on my bucket list, to somehow get in one of those movies. Wouldn't it be great?"
"The Mandalorian" is scheduled to debut November 12 on Disney+.
