Levon Pogosian is a physicist working in theoretical cosmology. His research interests include cosmic microwave background, large scale structure, dark energy, cosmological tests of gravity, primordial magnetic fields, and topological defects such as cosmic strings, domain walls and magnetic monopoles. He earned a bachelor's of science degree from Yerevan State University in Yerevan, Armenia, a master's of science from West Virginia University and a Ph.D from Case Western University.
