Andrew is a freelance food journalist and photographer who has worked for Channel 4 and the BBC, as well as Waitrose Kitchen and Delicious magazines. Andrew has also written Food Britannia (opens in new tab), a book that looks at the wonderful world of British food, along with several Haynes cooking manuals, such as the Meat Manual (opens in new tab) and Men's Baking Manual (opens in new tab).
