J.J. Abrams Shopping Sci-Fi TV Space Show: Report
Director J.J. Abrams is shopping a TV spec-script for a new sci-fi show set in space, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The script is said to focus on a girl who discovers a secret experiment in her mother's laboratory that transports her and her father to another world filled with monsters and danger.
Abrams has co-created numerous television shows, including Felicity, Alias, and Lost. His last TV series, Fringe, aired from 2008-2013.
No other details of the reported script, or where Abrams is said to be shopping it have been revealed. Abrams' next project is directing "Star Wars: Episode IX."
