NASA Warns Not To Touch Antares Rocket Debris, Contact Authorities | Video

During the press conference following the explosion at NASA's Wallops Flight Facility on Oct. 28th, 2014, Orbital Sciences' Frank Culbertson and NASA's Bill Wrobel explained that any debris that may wash up on the shore or landed in the surrounding area should be considered dangerous and not be touched.
