on his wrist. But this is no cartoon.
Yes it's a real sundial. It indicates time by the angle at which sunlight
hits it. And yes, it's also digital -- meaning it displays the time in digits.
No electronics, no moving parts; just a pair of cleverly designed and angled
masks that cast shadows of different numbers depending on the time of day. The
time is only updated every ten minutes, but who needs more precision if you're
swinging in the backyard hammock?

That doesn't mean the makers of the Digital Sundial take accuracy lightly.
Each sundial is made by hand, and the included window and tabletop mounts are
precisely aligned for your latitude and longitude. Different versions of the
sundial are made for the northern and southern hemispheres.
Now if they could only make a sundial that works at night ...
