This picture of the Northern Lights was taken by Ian Law at 12:20 a.m. on April 7th, 2000, at Muirsheil Country Park in Lochwinoch, Scotland. He used an Olympus 10 SLR, Kodak color gold 200 ISO, exposure time between 20 & 45 seconds.

This picture of the northern lights was taken by Kristin Webb-Walker outside Timmons, Ontario on Oct. 28, 2000. The photo was made around 11:45 p.m. using a Minolta Maxxum 9 50mm, Kodak 800 sp. film, exposed at 1.7 for 20 seconds. Kristen: We wish we had seen this ourselves!
