790 is a disembodied robot head doomed to suffer unrequited love on Lexx, the dark science fiction comedy series.
Originally assigned to operate the machines that would turn Xev into a mindless love slave, 790 was unable to do its job after ravenous cluster lizards devoured its body.
Its helpless head was then forced to undergo the brainwashing portion of the treatment. As a result, 790 is now irrationally and impotently in love with Xev.
It relieves its frustrations through being nasty to Kai and Stanley, and through composing impromptu love poetry.
Needless to say, 790 is a puppet. The character's voice is provided by Lexx writer Jeffrey Hirschfield.
