Recent events are pushing the U.S. government closer to revealing the presence of extraterrestrials on Earth, according to the creator of the Paradigm Clock.
The clock, modeled after the Doomsday Clock published by the Bulletin of Atomic Scientists to mark the risk of a nuclear holocaust, has been pushed forward by 45 seconds to 11:57:15 PM.
The clock was last moved one year ago, when it was set back 30 seconds to 11:56:30 PM. Since then, a number of events have occurred that point to the potential for disclosure, including:
- the publication of Joseph Firmage's Internet book The Truth,
- the creation of the UFO State Ballot Initiative by the Mutual UFO Network,
- the publication of a Roper Poll on public awareness of the reality of UFOs and extraterrestrials,
- aerospace engineer Clark McClelland's announcements about UFO related events at NASA,
- the publication of a French study about the reality of UFOs, and,
- the creation of X-PPAC, the first political action committee focused on UFOs and extraterrestrials.
Both X-PPAC and the Paradigm Clock were created by Stephen Bassett, a former business consultant who founded the Paradigm Research Group in 1996 to provide professional services to researchers and political activists throughout the world in the field of extraterrestrial related phenomena.
