Though
only barely out of her teens herself, Katherine Heigl amassed several feature
film credits before leaping to the WB network's Roswell to portray secret
adolescent alien "Isabel Evans."
Born in Washington, DC, and
raised in Connecticut, Katherine got her first taste of the camera lens
as a child model. However, while she quickly graduated to film, it was
not until she played Gerard Depardieu's rebellious, provocative daughter
in "My Father, the Hero" that she began to make her mark at the age of
14.
