SPACE HOLDING CORP. NAMES DANIEL A. STONE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
New York (June, 2002) - Space Holding Corp., the premiere multimedia company for business, entertainment and
news about space and related industries, today announced the appointment of Daniel A. Stone as President and Chief Executive
Officer. In his new position, Stone will execute the company's business strategy, lead its corporate development efforts
and direct day-to-day operations.

of skills necessary to lead this company as we continue on a path of focused growth," said Lou Dobbs, Chairman of the Board

Prior to joining Space Holdings, Stone served as General Manager of Global Media & Entertainment for Scient Corporation.
Previously, he served in various executive roles at Turner Broadcasting System, most recently as Executive Vice President,
Operations and Business Development for Turner Broadcasting International where he was responsible for launching Turner's
networks and internet properties around the world including country-specific versions of CNN International, Cartoon Network,
and CNN.com. He also was responsible for Turner's international satellite and systems divisions. Earlier he had been
instrumental in developing Turner's integrated marketing approach to major advertisers incorporating the full-range of
Turner properties. Stone holds a BS degree in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an
MBA from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
