THE PROMOTION: From January 9, 2003 through February 25, 2003 visitors to the SPACE.com web site can enter to win a Grand Prize Vacation Package. The Promotion is open only to visitors of SPACE.com web site who are residents of the continental U.S. and 18 years of age and older.

HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary. This Promotion begins January 9, 2003 and February 25, 2003. January 9, 2003 to February 25, 2003 is the "Promotion Period". You can enter this Promotion by clicking on the contest link located on the SPACE.com web site and submitting your name, mailing address and e-mail address on the official entry form during the Promotion Period. One entry permitted per person.

ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the continental United States, 18 years of age or older at time of entry and who prior to the Start Date have an Internet service provider account in good standing with either free Internet access or a flat-monthly fee structure. Void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and U.S. military installations located in a foreign country. Void where prohibited by law. One entry permitted per person. Employees and their immediate families, including household members, of Space Holdings, Space Adventures, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: You must be the authorized account holder of the e-mail address by which an entry is made. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Entries specifying an invalid or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win. All entries become the property of Sponsors. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. By entering this Promotion, you consent to Sponsor's use of your name for promotional purposes, including online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Neither Sponsors, their parents, nor their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, or any telephone network or service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any Web site or online service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, misdirected, or illegible entries. Releases: Winners also agree to provide (1) Space Adventures with individual medical releases from their physicians stating that they are in suitable health for the flight (Zero G Medical Form), signed Travel Insurance Waiver Forms and Zero G Release of Liability Forms and (2) Space Holdings with a release of liability form, to be provided by Space Holdings.

PRIZES: At the end of the Promotion Period, one (1) winner will receive a Grand Prize Vacation Package. This package includes: Two nights stay for two (2) with breakfast at downtown Moscow luxury hotel, two (2) custom fit NOMEX astronaut training flight suits, transfer for two (2) between airport and hotel, VIP immigration and customs processing for two (2), transfer for two (2) between hotel and Star City English speaking guide, photograph and video for two (2) from your flight, two (2) Space Adventures Flight Certificates, preflight briefing and reception at hotel for two (2), medical examinations for two (2), two (2) zero-gravity flight, and one (1) set of Starry Night Pro 4.X desktop astronomy software. Total retail value of the package is $10,790.00. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. No prize substitution or assignment or transfer of prize is permitted, except by Sponsor in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. In no event will more than one (1) Grand Prize Vacation Package be awarded. Only one prize per household. All prizes subject to availability. Valid for one year from reception. Airfare to departing cruise site, visas, and insurance is not included and is the responsibility of the winner. Winners must complete their Zero Gravity trip on July 9 - 11, 2003 or August 27 - 29, 2003. Winners must sign (1) a Zero G Release of Liability form to be provided by Space Adventures and (2) a general Release of Liability form to be provided by Space Holdings.

ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

DRAWING: At the end of the Promotion Period, one (1) winner will be determined by a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during that Promotion Period. Only one (1) prize package will be awarded.

NOTIFICATION: The selected winner will be notified by e-mail. If the prize notification e-mail is returned as undeliverable after three (3) attempts, the selected winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. If, in Sponsor's sole opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Promotion, Sponsors reserve the right to terminate the Promotion and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes or none of them, using all entries received as of the termination date. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Promotion is unlawful and subject to legal action by Sponsors or their agents.

GENERAL: This Promotion is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited. Entrants and winners agree that Sponsors, their parents, affiliates and their agencies and employees shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this Promotion or from the acceptance or use of any prize awarded.
