The Promotion is open only to visitors of SPACE.com or the Florida Space Coast Web site who are residents of the continental U.S. and 18 years of age and older.

HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary. This Promotion begins September 4, 2002 and ends October 4, 2002. September 4, 2002 to the October 4, 2002 is the "Promotion Period". You can enter this Promotion by clicking on the contest link located on SPACE.com or the Florida Space Coast's Web site and submitting your name, mailing address and e-mail address on the official entry form during the Promotion Period. Only one entry per person.

ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the continental United States, 18 years of age or older at time of entry and who prior to the Start Date have an Internet service provider account in good standing with either free Internet access or a flat-monthly fee structure. Void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and U.S. military installations located in a foreign country. Void where prohibited by law. Only one entry per person. Employees and their immediate families, including household members, of SPACE.com or Florida Space Coast, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: You must be the authorized account holder of the e-mail address by which an entry is made. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Entries specifying an invalid or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win. All entries become the property of Sponsors. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. By entering this Promotion, you consent to Sponsor's use of your name for promotional purposes, including online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Neither Sponsors, their parents, nor their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, or any telephone network or service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any Web site or online service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, misdirected, or illegible entries.

ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

DRAWING: At the end of the Promotion Period, one (1) winner will be determined by a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during that Promotion Period. Only one (1) prize will be awarded.

NOTIFICATION: The selected winner will be notified by e-mail. If the prize notification e-mail is returned as undeliverable after three (3) attempts, the selected winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. If, in Sponsor's sole opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Promotion, Sponsors reserve the right to terminate the Promotion and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes or none of them, using all entries received as of the termination date. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Promotion is unlawful and subject to legal action by Sponsors or their agents.
