Photograph taken on the west side of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains in south central Colorado, USA at an elevation of about 8,000 feet. This is approximately a 1 hour photograph at f 2.8 beginning around 1:30 am MST. Canon EOS-3, Canon 28-70 2.8 zoom set at 28mm Kodak Supra 800 film, about 1 hour at f 2.8. The 'Circles' in this image are actually stars visible in the night sky captured during the long camera exposure. Click to enlarge.
