Shown is the storage/badge reader unit for the Extravehicular Activity Radiation Monitoring (EVARM) experiment. It contains sets of three radiation detector badges for up to four spacewalkers, designated EV-1, EV-2, EV-3 and EV-4. The EV-1 badges are shown plugged into the badge reader, while others are stored in the lid. The storage/badge reader unit measures roughly 8 by 8 by 9 inches (20.32 by 20.32 by 22.86 cm).
