SPACE.com visitor Lisa Pallson of Des Plaines, IL, took this picture of the May 15-16, 2003 total lunar eclipse. The view shows the eclipse during its partial phase. Said Pallson: It was cloudy where I was for most of it, but I never gave up hope! This is the first eclipse photo she's ever made. She used an 8 telescope and a Kodak DX3215 Digital camera at 12:20 a.m. central time.
