The first Embraer Phenom 100 very light jet (VLJ) rolled off the assembly line on June 16. Because Embraer has used its long experience as a manufacturer of airliners to design the Phenom 100 for high-utilization, airline-style operations, the model is already particularly popular with air taxi operators planning to fly their fleets of VLJs intensively.
