STS-113 Crew
Commanded by a veteran of five shuttle missions, the STS-113 crew comprises 10 individuals altogether. Four represent the core shuttle crew who will be responsible for the majority of station assembly operations planned for the flight. Two sets of three flyers represent the Expedition Six crew who will be riding Endeavour into orbit and the Expedition Five crew who will be returning to Earth.

Of the 10, only Herrington and Pettit can be considered rookies. Whitson is the only female. Seven are American astronauts and three are Russian cosmonauts.
