Many have probably already seen this vid. But, if not, well.. you're in for a treat if you're an SR-71 fan!

One of the best SR-71 R/C vids I've seen.

If ever a R/C model plane looked like it could go supersonic this one sure does.

Excellent video ALP thanks! :)

The engine sound on start-up is very similar to a version I tried in Flight Sim a while back. Amazing how the guy flying it was able to land (almost) on the runway as well!

(Guess every time he flies it there will be more "UFO" videos posted on Youtube ... :? ;) )
Pobody's nerfect.

Big birdie :o

Does that thing have two jets? What, one wasn't enough?
Wonders how many gyros he needs to stabilize that.
Nice landing.

I have no way of knowing for sure but since I saw no evidence of any exhaust on the centerline I assume it has 2 engines. Most R/C modelers try to make their scale models as much like the real thing as possible and the last time I checked the SR-71 has two engines. As far as I know it wouldn't need any gyros as most planes with wings don't. It's forward speed in conjunction with it's wings and control surfaces provide all the stability it needs.
