NASA’s Voyager 1recorded three 'waves' of plasma set in motion by coronal mass ejections from our Sun. Plasma interacting with ionized matter creates energy fluctuations which have been converted to sound by researchers. Launched in 1977, Voyagers 1 and 2 between them toured Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune and are now headed further out.
