Multiple Spacecraft Had 'Eyes' On Powerful Solar X-Flare | Video

NASA's SDO, IRIS and RHESSI spacecrafts, along with JAXA's Hinode had their imagers pointed at the sunspot that erupted with an x-class flare on March 29th, 2014. (Rippled Earth's Magnetic Field | Video)

The National Solar Observatory's Dunn Solar Telescope located at Sacramento Peak in New Mexico also witnessed the flare, making this the best observed x-flare in history.
