Star In Ursa Major Shines 15X Brighter When It Flares | Animation

A star of low luminosity (called WX UMa) was seen growing brighter in matter of 160 seconds. It was recorded by astrophysicits at the University of Santiago de Compostela (Spain) and the Byurakan Observatory (Armenia) and is 15.6 light-years away.
